The petition is filed on the premise of non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.02.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 8407 of 2018. Perusal of the order dated 15.02.2019 shows that Zilla Parishad and its Authorities i.e. respondent Nos.3 to 5 made a statement before this Court that representation of the petitioner would be decided in accordance with law. The statement was accepted by this Court and the Writ Petition was disposed of. It seems that the copy of the petition was supplied to the learned Counsel representing the Zilla Parishad.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar placed on record a communication dated 18.09.2019 issued through Chief Executive Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Parner. The communication refers to the order of this Court and inquiry report. It concludes with direction to take appropriate action against the erring persons. The communication also states that in view of the order of this court the action be initiated at the earliest and Block Development Officer is warned to see that there is no delay in compliance of the order of this Court.

As the order of this Court is not only duly complied with, but necessary directions are also issued to subordinate officer by the Chief Executive Officer, the purpose of approaching this Court by way of present Contempt Petition is more than served and nothing survives in the Petition. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
