This application is for intervention by the persons who also claim to be legal heirs of deceased/Baliram Devkare. Respondent Nos.3 to 5 also claim themselves to be legal heirs of deceased/ Baliram Devkare 2.

By the orders of this Court they received part of the amount. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that claim of his applicants is at par with Respondent Nos.3 to 5. 3.

Learned counsel Mr.Chillarge for respondents submits that Respondent No.4 has withdrawn the appearance of the counsel and Respondent Nos.3 and 5 are not responding. It would be up to the

It appears that Respondent Nos.3 to 5 received part of the compensation. Prima facie case is made out by the applicants. 5.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 6.

It would be open to parties to carry out necessary amendments for impleading the present applicants as Respondent Nos.6 to 9. 7.

List this matter on 19.08.2025.
