Mr.Shelke, learned counsel submits that the yearly increments of the petitioner for the year 2011-12, so also arrears of the increments for the year 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 are not paid. The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 be directed to take appropriate steps against the Respondent No.5 for non-compliance of the order dated 26.12.2012 and 11.10.2012.

Mr.Nagargoje, learned counsel for Respondent No.5 submits that except for one year, the payment has been made of the yearly increments.

It would not be possible for this Court to enter into the investigation of such factual matrix. It would be appropriate for the
parties to approach the Deputy Director of Education, in this regard. The petitioner and Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall present themselves before the Respondent No.2 on 25.3.2015. The Respondent No.2 shall after considering the say, documents and record produced by either party consider whether the order dated 27.6.2012 and 11.10.2012 has been complied. The same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months from the date of appearance of the parties.

The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
