Counsel for respondent management states that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner has already been forwarded to the Education Officer in the month of January, however, no decision has yet been taken. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take decision on the proposal tendered by the management as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 4 months and it is accordingly directed. No costs.
