According to the learned counsel, the voters list has not been properly prepared and the name of the petitioners institution from Mutawwali category have not been included in the voters list.

We would have considered the contentions of the petitioners on merits had the petitioners approached this Court earlier. The last date of filing nomination is also over, the same was 14.08.2019. No fruitful purpose would be served by entertaining the petitions.

Voters list is also a step during the process of election. The petitioners can raise this objection before the appropriate forum challenging the election.
