The petitioners have put forth prayer clause "B" as under:- "B.

By issuing a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or directions, the impugned communication order dated 28th June, 2022 issued by Tahsildar, Latur i.e. respondent No.4 be quashed and set aside. Consequently, the respondents be directed to consider and decide the application/proposal dated 19th August, 2022 submitted by petitioners for one-time settlement and for that purpose necessary directions be issued."

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners are not pressing the prayers set out in the petition, save and except, a request that their representation dated 19.08.2022 may be considered by the Bank in the light of the Government Resolution dated 06.06.2022, keeping in view clause

wp10533.22 -27(a) below Annexure - A to the said Government Resolution. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Government has issued a Government Resolution to allow the banks to explore the possibility of One Time Settlement (OTS). If the terms and conditions are mutually agreeable between the borrower and the bank, the Government Resolution would facilitate an OTS. 4.

In view of the above and since an innocuous request is made, we are not issuing notice.

This petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.2 Bank may consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2022. Needless to state, clause 8(a) below Annexure - A to the Government Resolution dated 06.06.2022 would give freedom to the Bank to take an appropriate decision. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) (RAVINDRA V.
