The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks directions against the committee to issue the original tribe certificate dated 04.07.2017 submitted to the committee by the petitioner for verification. 2.

The committee is ceased with the matter. To enable the petitioner to take benefit of reservation, the verification of the tribe certificate would be necessary.

Considering the exigency shown, we direct the committee to issue the attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner to the committee. The committee is free to decide the said proceedings.
