The petitioners are before us for seeking an execution of the order dated 20/06/2022, which has been passed by respondent No.1.

The learned A.G,P. submits on instructions that, the said order is now subject matter of Writ Petition Nos.4038/2022 to 4043/2022 (Matoshree Sevabhavi Sanstha, Thr. Its President Vs. Bhagwat Yada Kapse and others).

The learned A.G.P. submits that, this matter need not be keep pending hearing, since the learned Single Judge is dealing

10232.22wp (2) with the same. The petitioners may very well tender a request to the learned Single Judge to consider their prayer for a time bound execution of it's order.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the petitioners that, if they succeed before the learned Single Judge Bench in the pending matters, they may be at liberty to pray to the learned Single Judge to grant a time frame for implementing it's order.
