This petition seeks quashing of Charge-sheet bearing No.6 of 2015 filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sonpeth Dist. Parbhani. The complainant is present before the Court and is being identified by her Advocate Mr. Sudarshan Salunke. In her affidavit she has stated that she has no grievance against present petitioner and the case against him may be quashed and set aside. In view of this, we allow Writ Petition No. 1164 of 2015 in terms of prayer clause (B) to the extent of petitioner. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
