We dispose of the writ petition by directing each of the petitioners to submit their representation to the committee mentioned herein above within four weeks, and the committee shall thereafter objectively consider and decide the individual representations on their own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within eight weeks of the date of representation.
