In view thereof, for the reasons narrated in the application, the Criminal Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), and in case if the amount of Rs.7,500/-, as ordered while dismissing the application of the respondent, is deposited, it is clarified that the present applicants will be entitled to withdraw the said amount.
