We have perused the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and in particular, averments made in para 14 of the affidavit in reply.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are ready to take corrective steps in as much as to take review of the earlier appointment and absorption of para teachers and make further appointment as per seniority.

In the light of above, the grievance of the petitioner is satisfied.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
