Mr. A.R. Salve, learned counsel appearing for respondent/MSEDCL submits that the petitioner can be accommodated at Latur Urban Division, Unit 1, Latur. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection for the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of by accepting the statement of the learned counsel for respondent/MSEDCL. However, the statement would not prohibit the MSEDCL to further transfer the petitioner on administrative grounds. It is further clarified that if any complaints are received against the petitioner, the MSEDCL would be entitled to take administrative action including transfer of petitioner as may be available in law.
