Directions are sought for expeditious disposal of Regular Civil Appeal No.52/2017 pending before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Vaijapur.

We are not aware of the status of pendency with the District Court, Vaijapur. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that paper book is also prepared and the matter is ready for hearing. 3.

In the light of above, the learned District Judge may endeavour to decide the appeal bearing RCS No.52/2017 expeditiously, preferably within eight months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
