The petition is premature since petitioner was never awarded regular promotion nor she has been superseded. Challenge to the order of transfer of some other employee no affecting services of petitioner or continuance of petitioner at a particular place need not be entertained. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law, as and when cause of action arises.
