This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0258/2022, registered at Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 394 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

The applicant is alleged to have robbed the informant of a sum of Rs.1,200/-. The amount has been recovered. The applicant is in jail since 30.07.2022. He is 24 years of age. Although he has criminal antecedents, he could be directed to mark his presence at the concerned Police Station. It will take time for completion of investigation and resultant commencement and conclusion of trial as well. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0258/2022, registered at Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 394 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(iii)The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once a week i.e. on every Sunday by 9.00 p.m., till conclusion of trial.

(iv)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
