This petition can be disposed of by directing the Collector, Beed, and the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Beed, to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 1st March, 2013, and 3rd April, 2013, as expeditiously as possible. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 or any other subordinate official authorized by the Collector, Beed, to take decision on the applications tendered by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months. On determination of the rental compensation, respondent no.3, the acquiring body, shall disburse the amount so determined as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of decision. With the direction as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
