PER COURT :- 1.

While disposing of Writ Petition No.2378/2014, on 28th April, 2015, this Court permitted the petitioner to continue the fishing activity in respect of the tank in question for a period from 1.6.2015 and onwards till 30.6.2017.

The petitioner, by way of the instant petition, is seeking extension of time under the policy of the Government. The issue raised in the present petition shall be deemed to have been considered while disposing of the petition presented by the petitioner himself on the earlier occasion.

In view of the order passed by us on 28th April, 2015, while disposing of the petition presented by the petitioner herein, no interference is called for in the instant petition. The Writ Petition is rejected.
