This application is filed by the legal heirs of applicant No. 3 namely Rudraksha Maroti Mule who died on 13.07.2022. The applicant Nos. 3A to 3D are the legal heirs of deceased Rudraksha. There is delay of 1035 days caused in filing the application. 2.
