After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the applicant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to move for bail before the trial Court after a period of six months. The Bail Application stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for. Needless to mention, such application would be decided on its own merits.
