The learned AGP on behalf of the applicant /Department prays for extension of time to transmit all the case files pertaining to Appeal Nos.15/2005 to 56/2005 within 2 (two) weeks to the Labour Court, Aurangabad.

Mr.Singh, learned Advocate on behalf of the employees and Mr.Dankh, learned Advocate on behalf of the Management have no objection.

In the light of the above, this civil application is allowed by khs/Sept. 2015/11689-d

granting the applicant/Department time upto 30/09/2015 for transmitting all the files in Appeal No.15/2005 to 56/2005 to the Labour Court, Aurangabad, which is the controlling authority. The litigating sides shall, therefore, appear before the Labour Court, Aurangabad on 05/10/2015.

Needless to state, the Labour Court, Aurangabad shall thereafter decide these claims on or before 31/03/2016. The order dated 09/07/2015, delivered by this Court in WP No.7149/2006 is, therefore, modified as above to the extent of the dates mentioned in paragraph Nos.11 and 12.
