Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the papers. 2.
Crime No. 0683 of 2024 is registered with Sangamner Taluka Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 3(5), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is the case of the Prosecution that, the Informant was beaten by the Applicant and her son when the water pot of the Applicant fell down due the push by Cow of the Informant. The Applicant's son assaulted him by using knife and Applicant assaulted by using iron rod. When the Informant's wife came to rescue him, she was also assaulted.

According to the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the Informant is the brother of the Applicant. The Applicant is a woman. The role attributed to the Applicant is an assault by an iron rod to the Informant and his wife. The medical papers show simple injuries on the Informant and his wife. The Charge-sheet is filed. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to pass the following order: -
ORDER
[i] In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Ashabai Shantaram Gagare, in connection with Crime No. 0683 of 2024 registered with Sangamner Taluka Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, she be released on bail on her furnishing P.B. of Rs. 15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] with one or two sureties in the like amount.
[ii] The Applicant shall attend Sangamner Taluka Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, as and when called.
[iii] The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner, whatsoever.
[iv] The Application is disposed off.
