ORDER

(I) The civil applications for stay moved by the appellant / acquiring body are hereby allowed. (II) The interim stay granted by the Court in above said 3 first appeals is hereby made absolute till final disposal of the appeals.

(III) Inform the concerned Reference Court / executing Court accordingly.

(IV) The Civil Applications for stay are accordingly disposed of.
