Mr. A.R. Vaidya, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that in view of the remand of the matter to the Wakf Board by the Maharashtra Wakf Tribunal vide order dated 20th September, 2011, the scheme was framed, elections were held and some of the petitioners were also elected to the Managing Committee. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present civil revision application. The civil revision application is disposed of as infructuous, without any order as to costs.
