Not on Board. Mentioned. Taken on the Production Board. I have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP on behalf of Respondent Nos.17, 18 and 19. The Revision Petition preferred by the Petitioners bearing No.1270/2017 is pending before Respondent No.19 wherein, the Petitioners have challenged the order of the District Superintendent of Land Records dated 27.07.2017 by which the delay of 31 years, 10 months and 28 days has been condoned.

The learned AGP submits that since the matter before Respondent No.19 is due on 16.08.2017, the Petitioners can very well address the said Authority which can consider their submissions and

Considering the above, I do not find that this petition needs to be entertained in the light of the statement of the learned AGP. The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of.
