In connected matter, 50% of the amount in deposit has been permitted to be withdrawn. The applicants are, therefore, permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in

C.A. No.3547/2021 with C.A. No.12372/2021 :: 2 ::

deposit on furnishing undertaking to the Reference Court at Jalgaon. The amount to be paid to the applicants be transferred to the Reference Court, Jalgaon for being paid to them there. The Reference Court to transmit the undertaking to this Court after due compliance.

Both the Civil Applications are disposed of.
