ORDER :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has tendered his representation to the respondent authority to charge the fees on compromise decree for registration. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Sub-Registrar has charged excess stamp duty. The petitioner has given representation with the authority, but the authority has not decided it.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. 3.

In view of that, if petitioner files an appeal against the order of Sub-Registrar within fifteen days from today, the question of limitation shall not be considered. The said appeal shall be deemed to have been within limitation. In case such appeal is submitted, the concerned respondent-authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within three months from today.
