This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate Mr. Dale h/f Mr. Rathi, is present on behalf of Appellant Insurance Company. An authorized officer of Insurance Company Miss. Bushra Khan is personally present, today.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record the terms of compromise. The Insurance Company has filed withdrawal pursis, it is marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The Original Claimants/Respondents have accepted the award passed by the MACT, Kallam.

The Respondents/Original Claimants are entitled to withdraw the compensation amount with accrued interest, from the MACT, Kallam, without reference to this Court and without filing any application, as per the authority letter submitted by the Company today before this Lok Adalat.

6.

The insurance Company is directed to inform the Motor Accidents Claims, Tribunal, Kalam about the withdrawal of the appeal. The Original Claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court.

7.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

9.

The First Appeal and pending Civil Application, if any, stand disposed of.
