PER COURT :- 1.

Learned advocate appearing for the respective parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and prepared a compromise-deed incorporating the agreed terms. The applicant-husband and respondent no.1 wife are personally present before this court. They have signed the terms of compromise-deed, which are verified before the Section Officer of this Court. They accept that terms were read over to them and after their understanding they have signed it. The compromise-deed is marked as 'X' for identification purpose and made part of record of this criminal revision application. In view of the aforesaid compromise-deed, parties have jointly requested to dispose off the Criminal Revision Application by modifying the order passed by the Family Court in terms of the compromise-deed.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, Criminal Revision Application is disposed off in terms of the aaa/-

revn 276.22.odt compromise-deed. Parties shall abide by the terms of the compromise-deed.

The order of the Family Court, Latur dated 19.7.2022 in petition No.E-94 of 2019 stands modified in tune with the compromise-deed.
