The petitioner claims that he belongs to 'Koli Malhar' Scheduled Tribe and has been appointed against the reserved vacancy in the office of respondent No.4. As Tribe Certificate Validation Proposal of the petitioner is stated to be pending for verification with respondent No.2 since 2015, as a result of failure of the petitioner to submit Validation Certificate, respondent No.4 has issued notice to the petitioner on 09.08.2017 calling upon him to submit Validation Certificate. It is reported in the notice that in the event of failure to submit Validation Certificate, adverse action will be taken against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2-Committee to take decision on the Tribe Certificate Verification Proposal submitted by the petitioner and pending with respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

Respondent No.4 is directed not to take any adverse action against the petitioner on failure of the petitioner to submit Validation Certificate, untill decision of respondent No.2-on the Tribe Certificate Validation Proposal submitted by the petitioner. 4.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
