The learned Addl. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and

2. Mr. Bhosale, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 4/University.

It is submitted that, the last date for accepting examination form with late fees is 19.09.2017 at university level. The learned counsel submits that, the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner are pending with the Committee since the year 2015.

In the light of the above, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. Of course, the respondents are entitled to take further course of action in pursuance to the judgment and order that would be delivered by the Committee. 5.

In case the petitioner is admitted to Ist year B.H.M.S. course and if she is otherwise eligible, then the respondent No. 4/university shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.
