The parties to the present appeal have tendered across the bar the consent terms and have prayed for disposing of the present appeal in terms of the said compromise. 2.
The consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. Both the parties along with their respective Counsel are present before the Court. The original claimants have verified the terms of the compromise as well as their signatures over the consent terms. The learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants has certified that, the compromise being entered into is in the interest of minor also.
