The validation proceeding is pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the pensionary benefits and the pension is withheld. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 22.02.2021. He shall obtain the copy of the vigilance report from the committee and file his say within 7 days from the date of receipt of the vigilance report. The committee shall thereafter decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within two months.

In the meantime, the respondents shall process the pension of the petitioner.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

The respondents may consider the payment of provisional pension till the validation proceeding is decided by the committee. The respondents may take further decision with regard to the pension of the petitioner depending upon the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the validation proceeding.
