We have heard both the sides.

By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking restoration of writ petition which has been dismissed for non removal of office objections with a prayer to condone the delay of 161 days and is seeking restoration.

Considering the nature of the dispute coupled with the grounds mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Writ Petition is restored subject to following conditions :

i.

Office objections be removed within a period of two weeks. ii.

The petitioner shall deposit the costs of Rs. 2000/- in the office within a period of two weeks.
