Learned counsel for the acquiring body prays for extension of time to deposit the amount. Earlier this Court has granted 12 weeks time to deposit the decretal amount in this Court, however, it is informed that due to pandemic situation, the Acquiring Body is facing some financial difficulties to adhere to the directions of this Court and deposit the amount within the stipulated time.

In that view of the matter, looking to the present situation, the time is extended by eight (8) weeks, however, it is made clear that no further extension would be granted on the ground of pandemic. [ ANIL S. KILOR ] JUDGE arp/
