Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the respondent submits that proposal for acquisition in respect of land of petitioners 1 to 9 is already forwarded to the Government.

In view of that, the respondents shall commence the acquisition proceedings within a period of four (04) months from today and shall acquire it within the period stipulated under the

2 wp 10148.18 Right to Fair Compensation in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

With regard to petitioners no. 10 and 11, the petitioners no. 10 and 11 may make representation to the respondents, if their land is acquired. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
