By way of this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the L.Rs. of sole respondent. 2.
Having considered the submissions advanced and reasoning as stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A and C' and disposed off. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. On CIVIL APPLICATION NO.5026 OF 2024 IN FA/1200/2023 :- 3.
In view of the order passed in Civil application no.8656 of 2024, this civil application does not survive and stands disposed off.

By this application, prayer is made to permit the applicants to place on record copies of sale deeds/mutation entries etc registered with Sub Registrar, Latur. 6.
Mr. Chillarge, learned advocate appearing for respondents/original claimants submits that all these documents are already part of record of the Reference Court. 7.
In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed off.
