Dated : September 8, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

The applicants have presented the instant application for withdrawal of entire amount deposited by the respondent towards arrears of maintenance awarded by the learned Family Court, Beed.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that as per the order of this Court dated 01.07.2025, the amount of arrears of maintenance is deposited with this Court by the respondent. Therefore, prayed to allow the application.

The learned counsel for respondent opposed the application and prayed for rejection of the same. 4.

Taking into account the entitlement of the applicants to receive the maintenance is upheld by the learned Family Court. As such, this Court is inclined to accede the request of applicants to permit the withdrawal of the amount towards maintenance. 5.

In view of the above, present Criminal Application for withdrawal of amount is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B). Applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited with this Court.
