In view of the ad­interim relief granted by this Court, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have allowed the petitioners to participate in the admission process for the Master of Veterinary Science Course in the Respondent No.2 University for the academic year 2015­16. The said ad­interim relief is made absolute. Depending upon the merits of the petitioners, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 will take further appropriate steps on merits. Both the Petitions stand disposed of in the above terms.
