Mr. Shete, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 on instructions from the respondent No. 3, who is present in the court submits that, special drive has been conducted for removal of encroachment and the respondent No. 3 has performed the statutory function as laid down under the statute and is not projecting any person for the same.
