By the present application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail, in connection with C.R. No.3017 of 2015, registered with Police Station, Goregaon, Tq. & Dist. Hingoli, for offence under sections 7, 13 (1) (d) read with sec. 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Pursuant a trap, the applicant was arrested on 31st August, 2015. The applicant is a public servant, serving as a Constable in the Police Department. After his arrest, the investigation is completed and from the submissions of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, it would be inferred that there is sufficient recovery.

Since no further custodial interrogation of the applicant is required, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to enlarge the applicant on bail. I, therefore, pass the following order :- The applicant be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.3017 of 2015, registered with Police Station, Goregaon, Tq. & Dist. Hingoli, for offence under sections 7, 13 (1) (d) read with sec. 13 (2) of the Prevention

criap4864.15 (2) of Corruption Act, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
