Learned AGP points out that some petitions have been filed by the employees and not by the management, who might have filed proposals. Be that as it may. The proposals which are before respondent no.1 should be decided as per policy in view of the decision in Writ Petition No.563/2015 by the Division Bench of this Court dated 21st February 2019 and also any other decision by this Court or Hon'ble Supreme Court. The proposals so pending be decided by respondent no.1 within a period of two months from today. 3.
In view of this direction, Writ Petitions stand allowed and disposed of.
