A copy of the order of appointment dated 08/12/2015 is placed on record by Mr.Upadhye, which is marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. Original copy of Exh.X is received by the petitioner. 2.

Mr.Shahane submits on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court that Exhibit "X" is acceptable subject to the respondents making a statement that the minimum rates of wages as set out in clause 2 of Exhibit "X" shall be paid to the petitioner considering periodical revisions and the respondent should also indicate the date for joining duties.

Mr.Upadhye, learned Advocate submits on instructions that the khs/Dec.2015/534-d

petitioner can report for duties on 16/12/2015 in the general shift. He also makes a statement on instructions that the respondent as a principal employer shall ensure that the petitioner shall be paid minimum wages and shall revise it from time to time. The issue of unpaid wages till 15/12/2015 which has led to the filing of this contempt petition, shall be considered and decided while hearing Writ Petition No.657/2004 finally.

Considering the said statement, as recorded above and the consent of the petitioner, keeping in view that the interim order dated 13/08/2014 in Writ Petition No.657/2004 is still in force, Mr.Shahane submits that these proceedings may be purged. 5.

In the light of the above and in the light of the fact that the interim order dated 13/08/2014 continues to govern the respondents, this contempt petition is disposed of by purging the contempt proceeding.
