We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for petitioner and Smt. Dube, the learned advocate for the respondent.

Smt. Dube, the learned advocate for the respondent submits that, the pay fixation has been done and the payment would be made to the petitioner from 01.04.2010 within a period of three (03) months from today.
