The parties have arrived at settlement and accordingly, compromise terms in both these appeals, were entered into, which were marked as "X" and "X-1". Those compromise terms, vide order dated 16.02.2023, were referred to the learned Registrar (J) of this Court for verifcation of the contents. Accordingly, separate reports of Registrar (J) dated 16.02.2023 in both these appeals have been submitted to this Court mentioning that the parties in both these appeals have voluntarily entered into compromise terms.
Therefore, both the compromise terms are accepted and the appeals are disposed of in terms of those compromise terms. Awards be drawn accordingly. The Court fees be refunded to the appellant-Insurance Company, in both these appeals, as per rules. Further, necessary withdrawals to the concerned parties along with accrued interest thereon, as per aforesaid compromise terms, are permitted.
