The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners placed on record the written communication whereby petitioners informed to the Counsel that certain steps are taken by the

{2} 906WP10174-17 Municipal Council and in response to the notices, the petitioners deposited the property tax with the Municipal Council and as of now, there is no grievance of the petitioners against the Municipal Council. With these submissions, the petitioners pray for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. In view of the communication received by the learned Counsel, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Communication received by the learned Counsel is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

In view of the withdrawal of the Writ Petition, no orders are required to be passed on the application seeking intervention. Needless to state that the contentions raised in the application are kept open. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to approach this Court as and when occasion arises in future.
