Heard Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel submits that inspite of the orders of this Court dated 29.03.2017 directing the Committee to decide the proceedings within six months, the same is not yet decided. The petitioner has completed B.E. course. His mark-sheet is not issued so also the other documents are no issued. Learned counsel submits that the statement of the petitioner is recorded by the Vigilance but the copy of the vigilance report is not yet submitted.

In fact, the Committee ought to have decided the proceeding by now in view of the order dated 29.03.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.12121/2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not yet received the mark-sheet, we direct the Committee to decide the proceedings within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11.01.2021. 6.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
