This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondents to determine the amount of rental compensation payable to the petitioner in pursuance to the application tendered by him on 1.11.2008 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today, and it is accordingly directed. On determination of amount of rental compensation if the petitioner is held entitled to receive additional amount, the same be paid to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of such determination.
