The grievance of the petitioners is voiced in prayer clause "C", which reads as under :- "C. By issuing appropriate directions respondents may direct to comply the order issued by respondent No.1 dated 10/3/15, particularly respondent no. 3 Deputy Superintendent of Land Records Mantha is directed to submit the proposed correction scheme through respondent no. 2 towards respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 may directed to publish the scheme and make necessary corrections in Record of the petitioners in accordance with the provisions of law."

The learned A.G.P. submits that she has collected instructions and the order of the Deputy Director of Land Records dated 10.03.2015 is being implemented by following the due process of law. A proposal has been prepared and the same would be published calling for objections. After dealing with the objections, the direction in clause (3) of the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records, would be implemented. She submits that this process is to be undertaken under the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act and would be completed within a reasonable period of time.

The learned advocate for the petitioners is satisfied.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
