Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Reference u/s 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act with the Spl. Land Acquisition Officer on

In case the Reference filed by the petitioner u/s 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is pending with respondent No. 3 [Exh. A], respondent No. 3 shall decide it on its own merit expeditiously and preferably within nine months from the date of this order.
